Appointment reminders will be sent via text and/or email. You will need to confirm your appointment in order for the appoint slot to be secured*
*Our staff members will be making travel accommodations in advance in order to be available in your area
Day of appointment instructions
Once you arrive, please remain in your car and call XXX-XXX-XXXX for further instructions.
Anyone in the car (over the age of 2 years) should put on a facial covering/mask anytime our staff member is nearby. If you do not have a face mask, this will be provided.
